Hey guys,

Happy Wednesday! Today feels more like Friday because tomorrow is Thanksgiving and I’m off on Friday (yayyy). The past weekend when I was doing this shoot, it was extremely cold in New York. I had no choice but to put on a brave smile :-).

The nice thing about getting dressed for work is that you might wear an outfit and then decide that you want to shoot in it, which is what happened here. I’m taking the time to invest in some new blazers (every girl should); there’s something about throwing on a blazer that instantly elevates a casual look into something chic and trendy.

I did not do it in this post but I would recommend wearing some leggings before putting on pants for extra warmth, a scarf and warm coat if you are going to be stepping out in this cold weather (you can strip it all off when you get to work).

I hope you like this colorful winter outfit that can be worn in spring/summer.
