There’s one thing I loved about living in London - fashion (they are on top of their game when it comes to this). I mean just walking on the street was like watching a gigantic runway show with some very interesting and unique styles; I must admit that others were quite on the extreme side. For those of you that don’t know, I was doing my masters in London a couple of years ago and it was quite an amazing experience. New York and London and so similar and yet so different in many ways (we'll save this for a travel post).

Anyways, I purchased the dress I’m wearing in this post at one of my favorite UK stores, Miss Selfridge. There are quite a number of stores that were my favorite in London, mainly the high street stores like Top Shop, Next, Lipsy, New Look, etc. They are definitely go to stores when you are looking for something casual/cute/dressy and affordable.  You can see how I styled this dress slightly differently in my first fashion blog post, Neon Yellow in the Park.
