I cannot believe how quickly 2014 passed by. I always love the end of the year when I can just sit and reflect on all the miracles and blessings granted to me throughout the year. There are a lot of people that did not get to see the end of the year and there are many more people that have lost their loved ones during this year, so I'm super thankful and grateful for my loved ones, for all the experiences this year but most importantly, for the gift of life.

As you prepare to celebrate the new year, I just wanted to take a moment to remind you all never to take life for granted and to appreciate and cherish the people that matter to you the most.

In this post, I wanted to put together a holiday outfit ensemble! As we approach the new year, a lot of people will be hosting or attending parties. You can never go wrong with rocking a cocktail dress to a party. I had been eyeing this dress since last year when I wanted to get it for the my birthday but it was sold out. I was hoping it would go on sale a year later but that never happened :-). The faux fur coat added an extra touch of elegance to the cocktail dress - I'm trying to stay fashionably warm!
