Fuzzy Open Front Sweater

Hey guys,

I hope you are all having a fabulous day! One of the great things about my job is its proximity to a botanical garden which happens to be right next door. The garden creates an ideal shooting location during lunch break for the days when I’m wearing an outfit that is worthy of blogging about. Considering that we are in full fall mode, I didn’t think that we would find any flowers at the garden but that was not the case. They still have a variety of flowers in different shades that served as a perfect backdrop for my fall colors.

I call fall ‘the light layering season’ as this is the time when the sweaters start coming out. It’s been cold the past few days that it felt like we skipped out on fall and went straight into winter. Instead of wearing a sweater with a jacket over it like I normally do, I wore an over-sized burgundy fuzzy sweater on top of a regular purple sweater. I love fuzzy sweaters, they are so warm and silky to the touch.

I completed the look with mustard pants, red heels and Kat Von D liquid lipstick (Damned)! I usually shy away from wearing dark colors but this season, I can’t seem to stay away from this black cherry lipstick.
