Have you ever been in a intense gym class where you are too exhausted to keep going but the instructor keeps saying over and over again, "whatever you do, do not stop; keep moving!" Life is kind of like a gym class, regardless of how hard it gets, you can slow down a bit but you can't just stop moving. This saying can also be applied to personal or professional goals. I feel like there's a lot more that I would have liked to have done in my life by now and I'm not there yet but I'm still working on it and pressing on. Whatever you are working on, I hope you keep on moving and not stop even for a moment.
