Happy hump day! I think one of the most notable character traits that a person can have is integrity. Most people think that you can do whatever you want as long as no one is watching but integrity is doing the right thing even when there’s no one watching. Remember, God is always watching and he ought to be the ultimate reason we choose to do the right thing. At the end of the day, you have to live with your conscience.

I remember throughout my career at school (I don’t know why they call school a career), I was the kid that never cheated. I’d rather fail an exam than cheat on it. My conscience just would not let me. Not to say that I’m perfect because I’m far from it. Integrity is just something you make a conscious decision to do whether or not you feel like it. It’s not easy but it’s definitely possible. So in everything that you do, I encourage you guys to autograph your work with excellence and integrity and not just work but even in your relationships.
