H&M Balmain Blazer with Kassidy High Heels
“One should either be a work of art, or wear a work of art.” ― Oscar Wilde
Hey guys,
Happy Wednesday! I just wanted to take a moment to say how deeply heartbroken I am at the senseless killing of so many innocent lives in Orlando over the past weekend. I cannot begin to imagine the pain that their families and friends are going through. My thoughts and prayers go out to each and every one of them.
May all the victims rest in eternal peace. May God comfort and strengthen their families during this difficult time with the comfort and strength that only He can give. It’s sad to think that we are not safe anywhere – church, school, work, movie theater, etc. Every moment that you are alive is a gift and you should cherish it but no one has the right to take away anyone's life!
Everybody always says that life is too short and yet most times, we live our lives as if we are going to spend eternity on this earth. If you die today, all the things that you spent your time worrying about yesterday won't matter. Your education, houses, cars, and money won't matter. You can't take any of those things with you. I hope and pray that each one of you will live your life with an eternal perspective so that at the end of the day, the Heavenly Father may be able to say to you, 'Well done thy good and faithful servant.' Everywhere you go, may you always go with God.This is a quick outfit post from Santorini showcasing how I re-purposed my H&M Balmain blazer on two separate occasions. As I mentioned previously, it was quite windy and a bit chilly in Santorini so the blazer came in handy as it is quite warm. In the previous post (see here), I was going for a dressier casual look with flats but I bumped it up a notch just by wearing high heels on this particular night. It’s amazing how heels and flats can instantly downgrade or upgrade a look. These sunglasses are from Sassy Jones Boutique. It's a small affordable boutique with really nice statement accessories such as necklaces, earrings, sunglasses, etc. You can check out their store by visiting their site here. I purchased these super cute pointed peep toe Kassidy high heels from Public Desire. I love that the fit is true to size and the upper part is detachable - it’s like having two pairs of heels in one. The store has a great selection of these types of sandals in different colors and heights. They ship from the UK so if you are based in the US, expect about a week or two to receive your package.Thank you for stopping by!
